New Lambswool Sweaters
At long last I can finally announce my new lambswool sweaters are ready! It has taken a long time and a lot of hard work to get to this point, so it’s been a very exciting month doing to finishing touches to make them ready to go.
Made in the Scottish Borders
These lambswool sweaters have been made in Hawick, in the Scottish Borders, at one of the smaller mills that I’ve been working closely with.
They’re knitting on digital knitting machines, that knit the panels a lot faster than I can, and then they’re linked, washed and pressed by real people. It’s still a very hands on and skilled process to get to the finished sweater.
The final touches and checks are then done in the studio, as I still like to have been involved somewhere in the making process!
Limited Edition Sweaters
All these new sweaters are limited edition. One of the things I like about being a small company is that I can keep things a bit more unique, a bit more bespoke almost, and not mass produced. There are only a few of each colour in each size- so don’t hesitate if you fall for one as this is it.
I have picked colour combinations that I absolutely love, and I love wearing all of them, so I really hope you love them too!
Try a sweater on for fit
If you’d like to try these sweaters on in person, I’ll have them with me at all my events for the rest of the year. To get updates about events, please sign up to my newsletter, or check the events page regularly!
I have a few new products planned for later in the year, including a style of sweater more suited to men (although suited to women too if you prefer a longer style) which should arrive early November.
As this is my first run of sweaters, do let me know what you think, and what style of sweater you enjoy wearing in the comments below.
